The marked pins are the characters and patterns usually made on the side of plastic products, and generally indicate the production date, shop sign, brand and durable years of the plastic products. Using marked pins can not only make the management of quality and of the production batch easy, but also offers users data for classification and recycling of disposed products. Stainless steel SUS420 is the main material of the marked pins, and we offer 5 primary types, including a standard type, plate side exchange type, monolithic type, length adjustable type and double ring type.

Standard type
Installation method: Press-fit type

The date change can be replaced from the plate side (inside the mold).

Features:

Both the replacement of the inside parts and the change of the date can be accomplished on the replaceable joint face. (In the die space).
The location of the inside arrow involves a steel ball indexing structure in order to improve the positional accuracy.
It has an excellent resistance to various gasses and high temperatures when processing injection molding.

Monolithic type

Inside parts replacement method: non-replaceable

The inside arrow components make use of a steel ball indexing structure, while the outer setting is not separable. It features an affordable price.

Length adjustable type
Installation method: core installation
Inside parts replacement method: Plate side exchange type

Features:
The overall length can be adjusted by adjusting the Pin, and interior components can be replaced, making maintenance easy.

Double ring type
Installation method: Press-fit type
Inside parts replacement method: not replaceable

Features:
The date mark of year and month logo are put together, saving the time of replacement and mold space.

The date indication is much more precise by utilizing the bread structure.
Replacement of the interior components is easy- users need only remove the mold instead of take it from the front side.
