Traditional methods for the production of ball bearings is not always the best, because the shaft will match the hole gap, which causes a larger kinematic friction coefficient, and a slight swing of the shaft during the machining process. To solve those issues, we use miniature ball bearing guide sets with an interference fit mechanism. This means rolling friction is substituted for sliding friction, and will be considerably reduced. This extends the service life for all of the tools.

Both high-precision liner movement and transmitting torque by paired rotation can be accomplished with our miniature ball bearing guide sets.

• Rolling movement high precision is caused by a clearance of -3 to +8μm between the shaft and the ball.
• With a compact design and single-axis structure, the thread nut will maintain its performance in the right direction during linear movement.
• The guide sets feature a space saving design with a 5mm outer diameter, and a 10mm length.
• The clearance is adjustable for the shaft and thread nut parts, thus ensuring a high processing precision, even when processing combines linear and rotating motions.
• The ball can roll in the spherical groove of the spline shaft and transmit a rotating torque. In addition, it can also transmit a rotating torque during linear movement.
• It has the advantages of a large contact area, strong bearing capacity and long working life due to the designed R-ball groove.
