Case Study -2: Precision Components For CNC Spring Coiler
CNC spring coiler is a fully automatic and precise CNC spring coiler manufacturer who can realize independent R&D. During the development, they overcome all the difficulties of mechanical principles and CNC software, but the difficulties such as improving precision and durability of coiler could not be overcome. Case Study -3: Precision Dowel Pin For BMW Cars
In 2016, BMW factories experienced a shortage of precision dowel pins that lead to a halt in production of BMW 5 Series vehicles. Normally, these production facilities would seek out precision dowel pins from local suppliers, but in this case, that proved difficult as the pins from local suppliers did not meet their requirements as they experienced problems with unstable gauges, wear, and other defects. BMW was finally able to remedy the situation by discovering Yukai for the supply of their precision dowel pins. Downtime like this can be costly and the German automobile giant had found their solution in Yukai.
Case Study -4: Wear Plates For Coin Sorters
We met with this confidential client in 2017 at the Canton Fair where they brought us a sample wear plat for coin sorter equipment. They explained to us that these wear plates were becoming damaged much more quickly than expected and required frequent replacement. We were able discuss their requirements and develop a new wear plate that was 5 times as durable as the old products. This greatly reduced the frequency of the replacement of these wear plates.
