Precision Components For CNC Spring Coiler

CNC spring coiler is a fully automatic and precise CNC spring coiler manufacturer who can realize independent R&D. During the development, they overcome all the difficulties of mechanical principles and CNC software, but the difficulties such as improving precision and durability of coiler could not be overcome. They failed to meet the ideal requirements. We met them at the exhibition. After brief communication, Yukai provided many technical improvement solutions. For aspects of precision and durability, we took deep analysis and provided our solution. After that, our customer took samples and drawings to our factory and communicated with the employees of Engineering department. For the first time, they ordered a batch of samples. After several times of re-alignment, the precision and durability of the samples are far more superior than other companies. We are international leading. And the order amount of the second time is over 1 million RMB.

Requirements of the core parts (the following is the plan listed by Yukai)

• 1. The material should meet SKD11 international standard.
• 2. The material should be heat treated and the hardness should be HRC58.
• 3. We adopts -190 degree cryogenic treatment.
• 4. The tolerance clearance of rocker arm is within 0.003mm.
• 5. The inner diameter tolerance of central gripper is within 0.005mm.
• 6. Part of the units adopts special surface plating treatment to reduce force of friction, realize self-lubrication and prolong service life.
