The precision dowel pins are usually used for the location and connection of raw material to a tool steel. It is polished to give it an excellent wear resistance, and the precision tolerance can reach up to 0.001mm. The special design of endmost chamfering will also help insert the pin into the hole.

• High precision

  The hardness of the products is usually HRC58-62. Of course, you can choose different precision dowel pins with different hardness and raw materials including tungsten steel, Ceramic and stainless steel according to your operation situations. All types feature a high toughness.

Clamp dowel pin
It is used to locate the work fixture such as welding fixtures, and more information can be found in Figures 6 through 12. We typically use two clamp dowel pins to limit the five DOFs of the component in the welding operation.
